2 gestational sac's one with baby one with yolk sac

I went for an ultrasound last wednesday and the tech said there are 2 gestational sac's,one has a healthy baby the other has only a yolk sac? Going by my LMP which was 10 Aug 09 and of this i am 100% certain i was suposed to have been 8wks and 2 days pregnant the day i has the U/S but the baby measured 7wks 4days i'm not worried about that though because i have heard its common to measure a week behind with twins.Anyways the second gest sac was 3 quarters behind the first and im wondering if its possible they just couldnt see the baby? or if it is only a yolk sac is there still a chance it could develop into a healthy baby? Also i have a bicornate uterus would this anything to do with not seeing the baby?
