2 missed periods, 3 negative tests

I have been a little worried. I have not had my period since November. In December I got really bad cramps but never started. I also spotted in December but never started. I took a test at the end of December and the test said Negative. I figured that I would start at the beginning of January since that has happened before. Well January came and nothing happened either. I took one more test in January and it said Negative. It's February 6th right now and I have yet to start. I took a test this past weekend and it said Negative as well. However, I had a LITTLE bit of brown discharge this past weekend. My boobs have been sore/tender since December, but that's pretty much the only symptoms that I have gotten if I am by any chance pregnant. I haven't freaked myself out or anything to where I would be getting crazy symptoms. I have looked at other symptoms and I have had a couple others but I also brought those back to other things. For example, I've had headaches but I've been really busy and had long days. I've also had lower back aches but I've been standing much more than usual. I know what you're thinking, why haven't I been to the doctor yet? Well I'm actually going this weekend if they have an opening for an appointment. I just want to see what people think might be wrong. Could I still be pregnant even with the negative tests? or is this something else?

PS I am pg and I was getting negatives up until yesterday (9 weeks gone)
