25weeks with VERY bad cold and spotting

I posted this in jan 09 fourm also but thought you ladies might have a bit more insight being that alot of us are 1st times on that one.
I started to get what I think is just a bad cold on friday, so ive just been tryin to take it easy and drink lots of fluids but its seems to be getting worse.  Yesterday it moved from just feeling icky and stuffy to my chest hurting and a bad cough (figures, at my worst on  the weekend so no doc office open) Last night I noticed some light pink spotting, but kinda shrugged it off because i had been coughing so much.  Its back again this morning though and has me a bit worried.  Im just sitting here waiting for someone to get to my work so I can call in (supposed to start at 6) Im sure there going to be thrilled with me and then i get to wait for the doc office to open at 9 : (  In the mean time though I was wondering if anyone knew if excessice coughing can cause spotting?

I would make an appointment to see the doc this morning. Strenous activity can cause spotting.  Good luck and keep us posted.
