2ww cramps after egg transfer

I need all the support anyone can give me!
I had a 2 day embryo transfered yesterday. This is my 4 th icsi, 1st time was the wost! They retrived 2 immature eggs. So transfer was cancelled. 2nd time 7 eggs, 6 fertilized, 2 put back. No cramps, no pregnancy. 3rd timeused 1 frozen embryo. I had cramps , got positive result. At the scan, no heartbeat. Finally I got only 1 transfered on day 2 today. Ihave cramps and a little spotting. I'm really scared! Plz share your stories for support. Dr. Said my embryo, is an ok quality

Only the quality of embryo is not the only parameter for successful implantation and pregnancy. There should be proper hormonal balance, no infection, and an estrogen primed uterus.
Some cramping and maybe even spotting may occur after the procedure, however, I would be extra cautious given the previous history. However, you will need to wait the 12 days post procedure before you can take a blood test for confirmation.
