3 miscarriages after a healty pregnancy

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any advice...We had our son in Nov. '07. He was healthy and an uncomplicated pregnancy. We got preg.in July and  at 7 weeks miscarried #1 in Sept., got preg again right away and miscarried #2 at 5 weeks in Oct. We went 3 cycles and tried again, found out last sat. that once again we pregnant with #3. I went in on Tues to have my HCG levels drawn and they were only in the 30's. I am waiting to hear back the results of my second HCG level. Although I already know they are non dectectable. Took a home preg.test at lunch (not a super sensitve one) and it was completely neg. My doctor has done no testing beside HCG levels and maybe pregestrone..not sure.  We really wanted our children to be close in age. And that hope is disappearing with each month that goes by. I am scared and frustrated and at my wits end.... any advice would be greatly apperciated.

Still have not heard back from my MD but I am now bleeding so it is official that I am miscarrying again.

After three miscarriages, almost any ob-gyn will refer you to a specialist.  I think it is a pretty common medical-insurance threshhold.  Go and get all the workups.  You still have time for your kids to be close in age ... they say three years is the sweet spot.  Good luck!
