3 month old congeston, drooling, miserable

so britton has had a stuffy nose for like a month now. its starting to get horrible but yesterday i bought a warm mist vaporizer and she can actually sleep 5 hours at night now without waking up with a stuffy nose and crying. she has also been spitting up more often. she never ever did before and now she does like once a day. or sometimes i will just randomly hear her gulping. maybe reflux? whenever were not in her room she cant breathe. its so annoying. and shes too young for meds, vicks vaporub worked good and then i got the baby kind and it *****. shes been drooling and chewing a lot so i thought she was teething but its been 2 weeks and i dont see any teeth. ughh any advice?

As far as the teething she could be, my son popped his first two at 4 months.  A lot happens underneath the gums before the teeth pop through.  She may be uncomfortable.  I used Hyland's teething tablets for the teething and infant tylenol.  Babies often get congested, maybe she has some allergies and that's why her nose stuffs.  The humidifier should do the trick or you could try taking her in the bathroom and steam it up.  I would call the doctor regarding the reflux.  If she's on formula they may be able to switch it up for a more sensitive kind and I do believe they start some babies on prevacid very early on.  But that is something to discuss with her pediatrician.  Good luck.

It kind of sounds like the start of an ear infection. You may want to get Britton checked out!

Cruz had the same thing when he was around 5 months, stuffy nose, fussy, spitting up, etc. And it turned out to be from an ear infection! NOT FUN!!!!!
