I did four months of Clomid with no success. I ovulated on my own but the Clomid was to help me raise my progesterone...plus, it is always a good starting point.
Have you been referred to a specialist, an RE? I moved on to injectables with IUI and am now pregnant with twins.
I had unexplained infertilityInfertility Infertility - resources Primary infertility. My RE would not do more than four months of Clomid because it can thin your lining over time.
hello,
i have a gf who tried for 2 yrs unsuccesfully. they put her on clomid for 3 cycles and still nothing. she then started charting and went on fertilaid on got pregnant that month. with only 2 weeks of fetiliad and about a month of charting.
My first clomid pg happened in month 2. My 2nd clomid pregnancy happened in month 3. And now I have completed 4 cycles and am in the 2ww. I was told it could take time and not to stress about it. Also, clomid does not completely leave your system, so even if you stay on 50g, every month it is actually a little more.
i did clomid, 50mgs for a month and nothing happened then i was put on clomid 100mgs for 5 months before i fell pregnant and now have a 10 month old son, i think they only do 6 rounds of clomid, give it time and don't think about ttc, it will happen good luck
