3 wk bleeding (am i pregnant)

Hi i need some advice,ive have 2 kids and would like another,am not using any contriception, i had a period for 2wks then stopped for 4days and then took another for 6 days so far and its quite heavy,am also got bad nausea,headaces and tiredness,

Is it even possible to be pregnant, whike bleeding fir this length of time.

Any advice welcome so confused.
