5 day early heavy period but no pain...

So i am a it curious on if this is implantation bleeding or just a mess up of my period.

I had a misscarriage at 6 weeks on December 9, 2011. my normal period then started up again January 10, 2012, it seemed normal and everything. Now i was due for my period on Feburary 9 or 10, 2012. But last night Feburary 5th i started bleeding but no pain at all even to today has come forth. for the past week i have been feeling lightheaded, my breast have been sore on and off, i have had nausea here and there and i have been getting tired. my ovualtion cycle started around the 25-26th of January and my bf andI have had sex since that date up until the 28th.

So now i am curious if it's implantation bleeding or just a messed up period?
