5 weeks and 1 day brown disharge

hey you guys i am 5+1 , last night me and my bf had sex and like right after i started bleeding bright red blood , it was dripping down my legs , i bled a little more the this morning i woke up it was a brownish disharge and through the whole thing i had no cramps , but i have been having a lower back ache .

Most likely the bleeding is from having sex, and I would suggest abstaining from sex for a while. But to be safe, since you are pregnant I would call your doctor. It's a bit too early to check on the baby since it's not going to have a heartbeat yet, but they can monitor your hCG levels in your blood to make sure you're not miscarrying.

i stopped spotting yesterday afternoon , but i have been having little tiny cramps on my right side & my lower back , hope i didnt miscarry .

Haven't you seen a doctor yet? You need to call and see one. If it is a miscarriage then obviously there's nothing they can do but you need to be checked to see if it is or not by having your hCG levels checked.
