5 wks yolk sac to 2nd u/s 2 weeks later

I found out i was pregnant on 11/29/14 at the er and was told my hcg results were 170.9 and the dr specifically stated i was "very early" but did not give me a time frame....I had my first transvaginal ultrasound on 12/10/14...there was only a yolk sac present with no embryo...they dated me at 5 weeks 0days pregnant...my cycles are irregular and run longer than 28 days so they haven't been able to use my LMP....my dr sent me back to have an ultrasound on 12/26/14 and i would have been 7 weeks 2 days if the first u/s was accurate but instead the tech measured me at 8 weeks 2 days.....is that possible? to jump 3 weeks in 2 weeks?

They change due dates Luke that often. I have had that happen, it w like 5-6 days and happened twice but usually after the ultrasound. It's just the size if the baby,us eBay they go by. Baby could just be bigger,grew faster or they were wrong the first time?
