5.4 Weeks and no fetal pole

5.4 Weeks and no fetal pole

I am 5.4 weeks pregnant with a beta of 11,891 and they did an u/s today but found No fetal pole, the Doctor said that with a beta that high they should have seen a fetal pole. Is this correct? I was in the ER so this is not their speciality but Im still very concerned.

Don't give up yet.  Give it another week or two.

I didn't get a fetal pole until 7 weeks and i didn't have one at 6 weeks the baby grew until 11 weeks then i m/c but i would not worry 5 weeks is way way early don't draw any conclusions until 9 weeks at least! good luck I hope all is well
