5w5d 115bpm yolk but no baby

just went to u/s to date pregnancy not sure of last period, thought i was eight weeks.
ultrasound today puts me at 5d5w which im happy with, can clearly see the amniotic sac with a little yolk sac inside look like two dots had a heart rate of 115 bpm but couldnt see anything but a dot or two, am i having twins, the sonographer did write fetuses on printout, also have large corpous lupun? measuring 5cm bigger than the baby

this is my fourth pregnancy have three wonderful kids but this pregnancy is concerningme.

If you have a heartbeat then you have a baby.  As for the dots....that doesn't necessarily mean twins.  The fact that the sonographer wrote "fetuses" does indicate it could be....but you would expect that if it were she would have found two heartbeats unless one is slightly under developed from the other one or in the rare case that both hearts are beating simultaneously.

If they could in fact measure a heart rate of 115, if it was twins and both were viable, they would have written "Twin A,115" and "Twin B, 110" or whatever the rate was for the second one.  Maybe one has a beating heart and the other does not (yet), which I hope is not cause for concern.
