6 weeks and I had bleeding last night...

I went to the ER for a moderate amount of red blood. They did a blood test, which came back saying my HGC hormone was very high and was still rising, so they decided to do an ultrasound. As I waited for the tech to come in, I went to the restroom and noticed that the blood was almost gone. After I went back to my bed, they put a catheter in to bloat my bladder, and took me  straight to the ultrasound. My baby had a heartbeat and was 6 weeks 3 days old. However, when they took out the catheter, I started bleeding more heavily [no clotting, just red blood when I went to the restroom]. I don't know if it was because of the catheter, or because of how the tech was pressing on me, but I'm really sore on my right side, which is where the baby is at the moment. When I woke up this morning, I just had brown discharge when I wipe. Do you think it's anything to worry about? At the ultrasound, my baby had a steady heartbeat of 192 bpm.

I had a lot of bleeding between 6 and 12 weeks due to a subchorionic hematoma.  Bleeding is very common in the first trimester and as long as your hcg is rising you are OK.  Congrats on the early heartbeat!!!  That reduces probability of a m/c significantly.
Have a happy and healthy 9 months!
