both the rising hcg and nausea are a sign of pregnancy, but remember that even with the blighted ovum (I had one in January of this year, I remember how hard it was) your HCG levels can still go up, as it tricks your body into THINKING its pregnant.
I remember the first sono I had that showed the blighted ovum - I didnt believe it, thought that maybe I was just 5 weeks pregnant (even though I had known I was pregnant for 3 weeks). I waited a few days later and had my hcg rechecked and it had more than doubled and I KNEW the doctor was wrong. But sadly, they were not.
A fetal pole *should* be seen by 6w4d, but not necessarily a heart beat. I do not blame you for being worried, but your hcg levels are really good and as hard as it is, try to stay somewhat optimistic, and let us know what happened.
