7 month old started spitting up again..

I'm not really worried, but am curious as I had always thought spitting up disappeared around 4 months or so.  And for Ryder it did, until the last few days.  He has started spitting up after every bottle.  He's not behaving sickly or anything, but it does seem he is constantly teething (tonnes of drooling and hand constantly in his mouth) and I wonder if that could cause it?  He is also eating less the last few days, so something is up.  For the last few days if I gave him his two solids meals, his formula intake was decreasing quite a bit.  Until whatever is going on has passed, I have compensated by only giving him 1 meal.  Is that what you would recommend?  Even with the 1 meal he is  barely making his 24oz, so it seemed to me the logical thing, but always open to suggestions.  Anyway, curious about the new spitting up...anyone else go through this?  I was going to give it a few more days then make a Dr. appointment just to make sure.  As always, thanks for any info and opinions.

Is he spitting up immediately after having a bottle or is he spitting up after being active?  If it's after being active maybe his tummy can't handle the  pressure from eating and then bouncing around.  The decrease in amount is probably from teething.

You know, I bet it is the activity. He definately spits up more during the day then at night feedings, and of course during the day is right back playing after eating.  I also wonder if there is not a bit of gas and he does not burp as well as he did before.  It's not a ton of spit up, so I don't think there is any major issue...I just wondered if there might be a tummy bug or something, but he seems perfectly well otherwise.  Thanks Sue!!  I appreciate it.
