7 weeks no fetal pole

My last period was on 4/19/07. I had my first doc appointment on 5/22. There was no sac in u/s. My HCG on that day was 243. I had another appointment on 5/30 and gestational sac was found on u/s. Doc ordered HCG test. HCG on 5/31 was 3121 and on 6/4 was 5505. Had another u/s on 6/6 and sac increased in size a little but doc asked me to get prepared for m/c since the HCG didnot double but said that she wants me to have another blood test and u/s before drawing any conclusions. My HCG on 6/6 went up 7146 but not enough. I have u/s scheduled for 6/8. Anybody had a similar situation? This is very tough to deal with.
