8 Weeks - threatened miscarriage

I have an 11 year old son and with him I was diagnosed early with Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), its very rare.  Now I have it with this pregnancy.  At 7 weeks I was rushed to ER for severe abdominal pain and bleeding and it turned out I had a cyst on my left ovary that erupted.  Sono showed baby was hangin in there with a solid heartbeat.  Discharged after 2 days went home to rest.  Just yesterday, which is 1 1//2 weeks later now 8.5 weeks pregnant woke up to spotting, no cramping.  On call doc said to go to ER. Did a pelvic exam which showed uterus was closed.  They drew blood and check hormone levels all seemed normal, but they still ordered a sono.  Sono showed my lil soldier still had a heartbeat, but my uterus dropped and is facing down.  Through all the waiting in the ER the bleeding/spotting stopped.  ER doctor said w/ spotting under 12 weeks pregnant Im at 85% chance of a miscarraige (miscarriage).  Said there is nothing he could do and sent me home with a diagnoses of Threatened Miscarraige (miscarriage) and told me to follow up with my Doc on Monday.  Question:  Has anyone experienced this before?  Is there anything I could do to strengthen my uterus?  Does the uterus reposition upward?  How long will I be at risk?  I know I need to address these questions with my Doc on Monday, but at least for today I need to hear something.  I definitely feel alone and helpless.  I'm afraid to pass gas, take a number 2, sneeze, blow my nose or even cough.  Am I being ridiculous?
