Cold Symptoms/Fever:

Tylenol, Regular or Extra Strength

Sudafed

Benadryl

Chloraseptic spray

Throat lozenges

Actifed

Chlor-Trimeton

Feel better friend.  I was sick last week couldn't breath...got shot and went with the Actifed.  It worked pretty good for me.  Robitussin was good, but it tastes nasty! (don't do that one if you have nausea!)
