Hello ladies my 8 week old just had testicular torsion surgery on Monday. Which is when is testicle is twisted. On Friday night when I was bathing him I noticed his tecticle was more swollon than normal and hard so we took him to the ER the doctor's didn't really now what it was so they sent us to a pediatrician and he also wasn't sure what it was. We couldn't see a surgon until Monday. After an Ultrasound they did surgery at 5pm Monday. My question is has anyone else's child had this done so young the surgeon that did it for us has never seen it happen to a baby so young. He also said it may be months before knowing if the testicle will live. Thanks for any infor
