9 year old son broke a tooth

Hey, my 9 year old son fell & hit his mouth on his bed today.  It broke one of his front bottom teeth (they are his permanent teeth) and knocked the one next to it loose.  The dentist is of course closed for the holidays until Monday.  He has Tylenol with codeine in it that he was given after an appendectomy in the summer that he says takes the pain away.  My question is, what can they do for these teeth being that they are not baby teeth?  Thanks.

There is definitely a way to fix a tooth, and so well that you wouldn't even know. My little sister chipped half of her front tooth off and they just replaced it with some kind of substance and file it down to match. You would never know it's been replaced.
The loose one should firm up on it's own, provided it's not TOO loose. Make sure he doesn't chew on it for a while until it has a chance to firm back up.

My cousins daughter is 7 and just lost one of her perment teeth jumping on a bed.  Anyways the whole tooth came out and they only had like a certin length of time to get the tooth back in place or it wouldn't be able to reroot.  Anyways, they as to also put a brace on it to keep it tight.  He'll probobly have to get some kind of a struture to keep the wiggly one still.  As for the broken on they might be able to sand it down and cap it.

I work for a dentist, the chipped one can be fixed, it depends on how much trauma was done to the one that is loose, depending on how loose-it may live or die regardless if didn't fall out at the time of the accident it should not fall out, if it does die his dentist will do a rootcanal and internal bleaching and you will never know it happened!
