I did not have leaks but many women did who were in my birthing class.  I think it's normal.

The pain in the back....I couldn't get rid of.  No heating pads were allowed...etc.  I did a lot of exercise during the day though.  I lived on a third floor apt and would walk up and down the steps alot...same at work.  I kept my legs and back strong.

I'm small though...only gained 16lbs my entire pregnancy and the baby was 8.2 of it...tough on my back and legs.  I did okay...more trouble sitting for long....lots of feet and arms in my rib cage.

CLEANING - well I was lucky...the minute DH found out I was pregnant...he did all the cleaning and walking the dog.

LOL- he didn't want to take chances with my pregnancy and the chemicals.

I did clean once in awhile and used natural products like simple green and orange cleaner from places like 'trader joes'

I had leaks around that time, its normal. As far as the back pain, i can only recommend that you buy a body pillow and start sleeping on your side. I had alot less back pain that way! :)
As far as cleaning, only clean lightly, too much can hurt ya. Keep the cleaning products natural, you dont wanna breathe in the harsh chemicals that most regular products have. Make dh do as much of the cleaning as possible for you! :) :)

See the thing about sleeping on my side is that I always have, and I have been using pillows, and I either wake up with back pain or butt/leg cramps...lol

And as much as I love my dh, he sucks at cleaning. You think Pinesol (Sp?) is okay?

I understand, i think its true that every woman reaches a point in her pregnancy that comfortable sleeping isnt an option!! (ha ha) I also changed my sleeping postions as much as possible through the night, but do keep in mind that the options on sleeping positions get slimmer the more preggers you get! I dont think pine-sol is safe to use, but i would ask your Ob/Gyn to be sure, its been almost three years since i was last preggers, so things probaly have changed! Good luck! :)
