AF or implantation bleeding?

So I'm 99% sure AF came today :( but I was wondering what implantation bleeding is like? Can it be heavy like a period and do you experience any cramping with the bleeding? I guess I'm still hoping that it will only last a day and that there's still hope. Thanks for any input.

Implantation bleeding typically only lasts 1-2 days. It is usually very light bleeding and is "scanty" (spotty), pink or brown in color, and occurs about a week after implantation. Heavy bleeding w/ cramping doesnt sound like implantation bleeding.
