After having a baby when do i start ovulating again?
After having a baby how long does it take to start ovulating again?

Depends on your own cycle--could be immediately--I know a woman with babies 11 months apart.  If you're breastfeeding you usually don't for a while longer. It's an unknown though!

I'm breastfeeding and it's been 8 months on weds since i've given birth.  My last ovulation was November of 2005.

I jus wanted to mention that some women do ovulate while beast feeding- I have a few friends that got pregnant while they were nursing there little ones. I'm not sure how soon it would return if you were not breast feeding, my guess would be sooner than later, once all your hormones got back in line.

I did not ovulate until I completely weaned my dd, stopped breatfeeding all together... a few weeks after that I got my first period since having her.

well thank you but none of you know when i could really start ovulating because im scared to get pregnant again so early after my baby this happend to me allready i have two daughter my first baby just turn 1 year old and my newborn is just 2 weeks oh thats because i got pregnant so fast
