Almost 7 wks and symptoms have greatly decreased

I will be 7 wks Monday and feel like my symptoms are going away.
My breasts are not nearly as sore, I'm not as tired, I'm not nauseous. Is this normal or should I call the doctor?

It can be pretty much normal for symptoms to subside as your pregnancy progresses. But it is your body and only you know your body. SO if you feel any concern, call the doctors. They may tell you it is normal and just wait it out. Or they may be sincere and tell you that you can come in for a check up. Have you had a doctors visit yet? I am diabetic so I get my first check up as soon as I find out that I am PG. Then they see me every 2 weeks. So I am kind of lucky when it comes to that.
The symptoms may still be there, but you are getting used to them so they dont effect you as much.

I am in the same boat. I am 5w6d pg.Initially I started out with great symptoms sour bb, tired, always hungry for food, loved bathroom for every 1hrs and lots of creamy white mucus discharge. But right now I feel most of all these symptoms are gone. I did call the Dr.today and he things it is alright if I don't have cramping or bleeding (which I don't have as of movement yet). I am due for my vag u/s on 27th Tuesday. It is hard to relax right now since I start out with very pg symptoms and now feel nothing. Please pray for us that everything is going fine.

A lot of symptoms can come and go during pregnancy. Breasts are not always sore and you are not always tired or nauseas. I say, if you feel something is not right though, call the doctor. My first pregnancy I felt pregnant and fine until about 11 weeks (which is usually about the time most of the first trimester symptoms decrease), but the big sign for me was that my breasts went back to their original size  and that's not very normal. I found out a week later that I had a missed miscarriage.
