Am I miscarrying?

Hi everyone I am new to this and wondered if anyone could help. I had the implant taken out my arm and conceived within a month I am about 5-6 week preg as an estimated guess an have started bleeding I have had stringy like blood and have had one medium sized clot. I have a 3 year old an bled a small amount with her around the same time but don't remember having clots. I haven't noticed a sac in the bleeding or in the clot but am freaking out as I have a EPU scan tomorrow and am expecting the worst. I havent had really bad cramps but have felt a little achy I have read that after the implant you could have a misscarriage before having a baby. Please give me your opinions and experiences. I got pregnant the first month after having my implant out, that was 2 years ago, and i unfortunately had a miscarriage at 6 weeks! But many women bleed..and carry to term. My advice would be, expect the worse, but hope for the best, thats all u can do. Best of luck for tomorrow :)
