Am I pregnant? Was that a miscarriage??

I Am worried that I may be pregnant. I want to say that I might be 4 weeks along now, but have been bleeding consistently for 3 weeks straight! medium to heavy flow like a period with durable cramping and lower back pain. Just an hour ago I felt bleeding on my pad so I went to the restroom, wiped, and this solid kidney bean looking mass came out of me. Grossly, I cut it open, it was dark red and filled with blood. It also had layering to it that showed tiny veins when i cut it open. (sorry, TMI) ...also the only pregnancy symptoms i've had is white bumps around my nipples and my breasts have grown just a little, a bit sensitive also, but not sore or anything major. PLEASE HELP! I don't have a doctor, and I'm scared to take a pregnancy test.

i cant say for sure but it does sound like a MC, either way you really should go to get checked out, if you did MC then you want to make sure your body expelled everything and if it wasnt a MC you need to talk to a Dr to see what id going on for sure... sorry and good luck

You've already done the hard part -- it's not scarier to take a pregnancy test than it was to cut open a mass that had veins in it, etc.   Get a Dollar Store test, they are cheap and effective.  If it reads positive, see a doctor.  Planned Parenthood charges on a sliding scale.  Good luck, honey.
