Am I pregnant?

Hi Everyone,

I was on the pill till the end of april and got my period on April 1st. I stopped taking the pill after that cos we are trying to get pregnant. When i was on the pill I was on a 28 day cycle. Today is the 30th of May and I have no period and have no sign on one coming. I usually have all kindsa symptoms before my periods but have none of those now. I took a HPT early this morning and it came out negative. I checked the ovulation calendar online and we did it as often for that whole time and the days before too. I have been reading on this forum that it could take a while for the hormones to show-up. so should i wait one more week before i take the HPT?

I hope I am pregnant and that I am not late cos I just got off the pill.

Any suggestions, advice, inputs would help.

Do you know when you last ovulated? Sometimes pregnancy tests are not that sensitive enough (depending on the brand) but I would recommend to wait a few days. If you want to be certain, ask your Doctor to test your blood HCG levels.
