Anesthesia residency

i am an IMG with scores of 97 99 90 in usmle step 1 2 3  respectively .a graduate of 2002 .have 4 reco letters all from I medicine. neuro research experience in US.but need a visa H1
can some one tell me the chances of me getting anesthesia residency in north east area? if so which hospitals will sponsor me visa.

I am afraid you are on the wrong forum.  I dont know where you should go to get the information.  Maybe you should go to INS.gov (internet site)or call 18003755283 this is the number for immigration questions.  I assume this is for a student VISA, so maybe you could just contact hospitals affiliated with universities and they would probably be more than happy to sponsor you.  Good luck.

i am almost certain you do not. i think the reserve is the least you are willing to take.

I am thinking of putting my Tahoe up for sale and posting it on ebay with a reserve price.  If however you still have to sell it if the reserve is not met, I will not do it on ebay!

look it up on ebay! i am sure they say somewhere. but ! have looked at a many auctions with reserves set and at the end of auction it will say reserve not met. hey what cha want for it! i am driving a dodge stratus with a 5 person household! eek! good on gas though! but we do have a quad cab truck with tons of room but the gas........omg!

You would be better off using auto trader.  When you use a reserve, if nobody bids that high, it doesn't sell, but you still owe e-bay a percentage of the reserve price in addition to the auction cost. So say your reserve is $8500, you will owe them $85 dollars (even if you don't sell it). Plus if you do sell the car, they get a percentage of the total sale price too. (in addition to the percentage of the reserve price) I think autotrader is only like 65$ for a full color add that runs a month long.  I would definitely talk to someone at E-bay before putting your car up! Yea, DH just told me about all that.  I will not use ebay.  It is a 2002 fully loaded: leather, sunroof, power everything, all the luxeries except ON STAR and DVD system.  59,000 miles, excellent condition.  But, costs me $50-$55 (probably closer to 60-65 next time I get it) to fill her up with gas!!!  Anyway excellent car, plenty of room in the back for stroller and pack-n-play and luggage for trips.  It doesnt have the third row seats either.  I want $20,000 for her......any takers?

OK, just how bad should the cramps be to put in a call to the ob/gyn?  I mean, mine are so bad that I feel like I am going to throw up!  They have never been like this.  I read on the internet that they are supposed to be better after having a baby, but since I never had them before, I am confused.  I am not kidding when I say they hurt like the cramps I got early in the morning before my water broke!!!!!!!  HELP

I personally think ANYTIME you are feeling something different than normal you should call the dr just to ask.  That is what they are there for.  It will help to put your mind at ease.  I know I finally got my period on Monday and it was heavier than usual but it is slowing down.  I am like Cinn and I follow a 3 day rule but if you are cramping that bad I would at least call.  They may say it is nothing and perfectly normal.  You may want to take some Advil and use a heating pad and wait it out a day to see if it lets up.  It is up to you but if it is that bad I would call.  Let us know what happens.  Good Luck and sorry you feel like caca.

I have already taken 4 extra strength tylenol: 2 at 7:00 and 2 at 9:00 and it has not eased up as of yet (11:35).  I just feel like a fool for calling about something like this.  I will wait it out until tomorrow.  Maybe a warm bath when I get home tonight will help.  Thanks.

You should NEVER feel foolish.  It is always better to be safe than sorry.  I use to call on things all the time.  I remember having an ear infection like 4 yrs ago and called the ER and asked if it was suppose to hurt that bad.  Believe it or not they were VERY sympathetic and answered my ????.  The only stupid questions are the ones that DO NOT get asked.  Try Advil.  Tylenol does NOTHING for me.  3 Advil took care of the pain during my miscarriage.  It works wonders.  Good Luck

TRy a warm bath, hot water bottle, One of the companies make pain relievers just for pms Im not sure if its Tylenol.
BOttle of whiskey or whatever works!!
carton of ice cream.--choclate of course!
Actually I have read to stay away from choclate, caffiene, around your period for cramps...Drink lots of water to it said

I never had cramps before.  I have not had cramps since middle school when I first got my period.  I have been taking generic form of Orthotricyclen because it is cheaper, but if it is going to cause me to have cramps when the real thing keeps the cramps away I will definitly spend the extra money.

we sell alot of stuff on ebay and have used the reserve function... you don't have to sell to the highest bidder unless your reserve is met...

we sold our motorcycle on ebay and just made our opening bid the minimum we were willing to accept. it ended up selling for much more than that.
