sorry did not see your question yesterday as I had my 23 week visit yesterday afternoon.  I have Homo MTHFR and there are a few people here who have it also.  I am on Baby Aspirin, Foltx (b6, b12 and folic acid combo) and my prenatal.  I have two other children pre dx.  I lost my 3rd at 16 weeks and had the blood clotting panal run then.  I am still scared but the Dr's are unsure if the MTHFR caused the baby to die in utero, placenta was fine, chromosomes were fine so we are still unsure the reason I lost her.  Do you have hetero or homo?  How are your homosysteine levels?

I'm sorry, I dont know which type I have or the levels. My doctor just said that I have the mild case of MTHFR. I will make sure that I ask her thoe. Please pray for my pregnancy.

I am 24w6d pregant.(2nd pregnancy, my daughter is 12) I found out at 21 1/2 wks that my baby girl may not have a cerebellum. After all kinds of testing and going to the high risk specialist I have been told that I have MTHFR. I go to the dr tomorrow and will get all my results. I am very concerned also about This disorder because I have never heard of it and want to know what the chances this will happen again. Anyone that has any more information please let me know
