Any hope this time?

Hi, I'm new on here and was wondering if anyone could reassure me? I'm 26 days post transfer and had a BFP last week and again yesterday. Over the last few days I've been having increasing cramps and have had a bit of spotting and now some blood clots. :-( I'm pretty sure it's a mc but wanted to check whether anyone has had similar but then gone on to have a healthy pregnancy??! (ever optimistic!) I've been advised to stay on the progesterone just in case but would be helpful to hear if anyone has any positive stories??
