Any known risks in getting PG after d and c and before getting AF?

I've posted my m/c story recently and I would really like to know if one is at a higher risk for another miscarriage if getting pregnant after a d&c before experiencing a cycle with af? I have read that one may not get pg as the uterine lining need time to rebuild itself in order for implantation to occur. However, if one does get lucky enough to get pg before the first af, is m/c rate higher than if one waits at least a cycle? Thanks for the advice. Emotionally, Dh and I are ready and excited to get back to ttc but will obviously wait if that's what's more advisable physically.

It depends on who you talk to.  I read it you were not at greater risk and my dr said you were not at greater risk, but his nurse said you are at greater risk.  I hear of more ppl getting pg right away and not waiting and having a healthy baby than someone who m.c again.  I m.c on 10/23 and I was told since it was natural and I was only 6 wks along it was fine to ttc again without AF coming first.  If your emotionally ready for it, I was told your body will be ready way before that.  So if you think your ready I would go for it.

I miscarried Oct 14 and I ovulated Oct 29. With my last pregnancy my HCG numbers did not move, but I went in Sat and today and so far this one is almost tripling.  So they think all is well.

But I have done a lot of praying.  God is the one that helped the medication to take.

I am taking 300mg of progesterone
            1500mg of Glucophage
            prenatal vitamins
