I am six and a half weeks pregnant and I was just wondering if anyone else has had any back pain. My back has been hurting on occasion on both sides of the lower region. I just want to know if this is a normalNormal saline flush symptom or if i should be worried about something else.
I am six weeks today and I have on and off back pain. I asked my dr about it a few days ago and she didn't seem too worried about it. She told me to keep an eye on it and just as long as there is no bleeding I am okay. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but I know that it must be totally painful. I know mine are painful and keep me up all night long, but I've only had them one or two days since I've been pregnant. I also have a tilted uterus, so I don't know if that is the cause of it. I know that if your baby is attached to the back portion of the uterus that you are more likely to experience back labor and back pain, but that is just what I heard.
Good I'm not the only one, I am also 6w5d, and I have low back pain on and off too, like I have been lifting stuff all day. But doc said too with no bleeding, it's just your body changing, maybe it's b/c of the increased amount of hormones? Good luck, and GOD BLESS!
While I have a history of back pain, the week or two before I even found out I was pregnant, my back hurt so bad it really made me take notice. I am now over 8 weeks and, while it hurts on and off, the severity is certainly not what it was. While I have read negative reports about back pain, I am an example that those reports don't necessary apply to everyone. If back pain is associated with other symptoms, call your doctor. However, don't assume that it means something bad because it may not. Good luck to you!!!!
im five weeks and my lower back has been huring really bad..i talked to the doctor and she said it could be from not emptying my bladder enough?? i dont know if that makes sense..i also just started low progesterone supplements...which maybe cause..but its good to hear other ppl feel this early on and its nothing serious..hope it feels better..tylenol will do the trick good luck
