Anyone have a healthy pregnancy with PCOS after using Clomid

I'm just curious, I'm into my 6th week of pregnancy now.  I have PCOS and I got pregnant with my 6th cycle of Clomid.  I have heard so many different things about PCOS, Clomid, Pregnancy etc.  How many (if any) of you ladies have had a healthy pregnancy after taking Clomid?

I have PCOS and I have used clomid twice - first time I used clomid was for 3 cycles but sadly I had to end up getting a d&c at 10 weeks (July 2006) becuz I had a blighted ovum, the doctor said it was just natures way of ensuring a healthly pregnancy.  It was really hurtful but I took comfort in knowing that God knows best and that there wasnt anything wrong with me.  I started back on clomid a while later and after 3 cycles I found out I was pregnant again in Dec 2006 and I am so happy to say I am 21 weeks.  The baby is moving around and that makes this whole thing seem so real and secure.  Everything has went fine and I havent had any problems whatsoever.  I am glad I had the oppurtunity to use clomid becuz I honestly think without it I would never had gotten pregnant.

Thank you so much!!  Even though I know how common it is, I really don't know anyone else in my situation.  It's a comfort, thank you!

I have PCOS and 6months of clomid did nothing for me to ovulate.  I had to go one step further and have self injections and first 3 cycles went by and then I feel preggers and lost it at 10wks....tried again 3 months later and on the 4th cycle got preggers and am in my third trimester at 31.3wks or 60 days till my due date June 1st....Just because I have pcos I dont associate mc as being its fault entirely, things can just happen and god only wants us to have the best.  I have gestational diabetes and that is as common as mc's are with pcos but that is also normal in every other pregnancy too.  No you are preggers, congrats by the way.....treat it as a normal pregnancy, dont label it as being a pcos slip thru the gap.  WOO HOO...ya guna have a baby! I am so excited!

I am also just about 6wks from my 6th cycle of Clomid!  So far, so good, I guess.  I haven't seen my doctor yet.  I am SO worried, but trying really hard to be positive.  Good luck to you and keep me posted about how it goes.

shamanda...So we're pretty much on the same track.  Just a question, have you started to experience morning sickness yet?
