Anyone out there unusually clumsy --messy with pregnancy?

Anyone out there unusually clumsy --messy with pregnancy?

I am 26 weeks and every new shirt I have bought gets ruined with every meal I eat.  All my food seems to drop on my breasts and belly--it is so agitating!  I am embarassed in public when I eat out, because  I have to create a bib for myself.

I also drop things all the time, and hate having to constantly bend over and pick things up.  Does anyone else feel this way??

Okay then to top things off, this morning I made my iced coffe/latte drink and grabbed salt from the canister instead of sugar--yuck! (this is not the first time I have done this in this pregnancy)  I want my brain back!!!! THanks to my little monster kicking me half the night, I don't know if it is night or day half the time:)

Girl, for me it isn't only with pregnancy, but let me tell you it gets 100 times worse when I am! Scatterbrain and clumsy in general makes for an interesting 9 months.

yup, I've been real out of it, saying weird things too---
One night I told my BF while he kept talking and I was falling asleep, to SHUT IT DOWN.
Then the next morning - still groggy- he was awake, and I said to him
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN OPEN?
I'm out of sorts lately..

(hi andij78! by the way)

Lucky you still sleep with hubby---I got kicked out the first month of pregnancy.  My hubby is not mean and has really been supportive, however, he told me if I want him to be able to go to work and function every day, we needed a different sleeping arrangement.  I apparently get up to frequently in the night and drink water like a horse drinking out of a trough!  Not to mention the snoring got bad!  We have our cuddle time in the morning and evenings but if I wanted to keep the peace in the relationship, I had to move into another bedroom.  I kind of like having a big bed all to myself:)

Oh clumsy isnt even the word!!! I swear the baby steals your brain!! I have been running into walls and the couch and the coffee table. I feel like I cant touch anything without dropping it!! It is rediculous. I feel like my brain takes forever to compute things too! I am usually quick witted, FORGET IT! My mind is all over.

With my youngest I took over the bed, too!! I am trying to "share" this time around as there is no better feeling than falling asleep snuggling. But as soon as he gets up in the morning for work, I am all over the bed.

-Hey, Val!!

I'm not clumsy, just retarded. I can't keep track of anything. I even went to my OB appt. a day early. I can't find stuff, and if I don't make a list... forget it! It's just these crazy hormones playing games with our brains.
