Anyone with Factor II, Prothrombin Mutation and have a healthy baby?

I was diagnosed with this after my 3rd m/c last year.  I do have a healthy dd from 2 yrs ago and no problems with conception, pregnancy

I do not have this problem, but I can respond to your aspirin question based on what my doctor had me do.  I had an uneventful pregnancy in 2003/2004.  I had an early miscarriage this past June and do have a thyroid disorder.  After I had my miscarriage, my doctor told me to begin taking aspirin even before I got pregnant and keep taking it until the last 4 weeks of my current pregnancy.  He had not problem with me taking it during the conception process and all the way through this pregnancy.

Hi Deanne,
My doctor said that I have MTHR, yet not bad enough to put me on Heparin so he put me on high folic acid and 1 baby aspirin every morning.  He told me to keep taking it....maybe you could ask your doctor again?  I was also told it helped keep clots out of your lining?

Yep..still TTC :-)  I did IUI/clomid this month and just had my second of the two IUI's yesterday.  Fingers are now crossed :-)

I just moved back here from a 6 yr stay in AZ....I'm glad to be back on the east coast.
