BABIES TEETH!!!HELP! Also myth?

Okay DS has 4 teeth in already...At 5 mos old he got his first tooth.. a bottom one...4 days later came the next one...at 7 mos 1 week old he got another 2 teeth but it wasnt the first top teeth...it was the 2 that were in the middle of the 2 front teeth and the eye teeth well today i noticed that they eye teeth are coming in...(you can see the bumps of the 2 front teeth..as you could always but they are taking longer..the teeth he has now beside them you kept seeing them come down..) isnt it a wierd order??? i always thought it was 2 bottom teeth then 2 front top teeth then bottom then top etc...

Also I've been told to be VERY careful with the eye teeth as a baby as them because some babies have been known to have seizures...This is an old wives tale but anyone ever heard of it OR ever had it happen to them???

Carson got his teeth in twos in the order you would expect, bottom, then top, then he went back and forth top and bottom always in pairs.  By the time he was 1 he was pretty much set, and he started around 7 months.  Cameron has been totally different, he got the bottom 2, then the top 2 came in, but it was his eye teeth, then the top filled in from outside to inside.  After that crazy deal, he got one bottom tooth off to the side of his bottom left tooth- so he had 3 on bottom and 6 on top.  yesterday the second one on the bottom- to the right came in, so now he has 6 teeth and a couple more bumps working through.  We have not had any issues with eye teeth, just an old wives tale.  As for the order, they come in differently for each kiddo, my co-worker's little boy is 4 days older than Cam and he gets one tooth at a time, and they are all over the place!  Don't worry, just be sure to get pictures of the everchanging grin!

Sorry, just noticed my typo, Cam has 10 teeth, 6 on top, 4 on bottom!

thank you Critter.. I thought I would have to worry because everyone is making a huge deal because it is out of the ordinary:( I guess my Cam isnt normal lol

My son is 17 months and has only 6 teeth - seriously! I feel awful because he still has to mostly eat 3rd stage baby foods.... he has a hard time with meat, but will eat tender veggies most of the time....
