Hi Everyone. I think I am having a boy and I am trying to come up with some "cool" names. I like the name Jaiden for a boy, but someone told me that that is the feminine version of the spelling. They said it had to be Jaden. Any opinions? Also, I am stuck about what to do for the middle name. I was thinking about Cooper, but I am worried that it is too commonCommon cold now. Any other "trendy" ideas? Lastly, just in case, we would like to have a girls name ready as well. I like Madison, but since it is so popular now, we were thinking about changing to Addison. Thoughts on this?
I like the spelling of Jaden best for a boy and love Addison for a girl. I am using my husbands middle name for our son if we have a boy and it is Neil. So it will either be Gavin Neil or Kyle Neil for a boy and Quinn Diane for a girl.
Do you like your DH's middle name enough to use that???
Im not preggers yet either but thought it would be fun to jump in...hope you dont mind. I like the names Grayce and Claire for girls and for boys I like Christopher and Cooper is very cute. I have 2 littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys girls and there names are Hayley and Audrey. I like the older names because the arent so commonCommon cold. The older ladies LOVE them...its soooo cute.
I like Jaiden for a boy and I think you should spell it however you want. I would. I think we may go with Isaiah Matthew for a boy and it's Sonja Grace for a girl. The jury is still out on boy's names.
I am having a boy and my husband is puerto rican and I am american so we tossed around alot of names but now have settled on Elijah George but we also liked Issac, Seth and Alejandro(english would be alex)
I'm not pg yet either, but it is so much fun to throw names out there and get other people's opinions. My dh is no fun, he says he won't play that game with me until I am actually pg and we know it's viable=( (Had b/o and D&C in June)
What do you all think about the name Nova or Norah for a girl? DH had a great aunt Nova. I was thinking Novah Rose. DH's response to that was "she sounds HOT" which I found disturbing. LOL. For a boy we're thinking Adrian after DH's grandpa. Any suggestions for a middle name for a boy that starts with an H. I like Harley or Harper.
If we have a boy we are thinking Drew or Dylan. But if its a girl then we are thinking Amaya Janae...this has been our girls name for like ever now. I wanna go with either David or Bradley as the middle name for the boy (after my dad - his name is Bradley David). I just dont know if those go with the names we could agree on. I also love Landon! If I had my choice that is what it would be.
My dd's name is Amaya. You see Maya alot but Amaya is pretty rare at least here is Michigan. My aunt went to Spain last month and said that she met several Amaya's there. I don't know what it means in Spanish, but in JapaneseJapanese encephalitis virus vaccine nakayama Japanese encephalitis virus vaccine sa14-14-2 it means "Night Rain". I guess I may be biased but I think Amaya is a beautiful name.
I like the name Rylan, Donovan, or Greyson for a boy. My dh doesn't like any of these though, so we are trying to come up with something that we both like. If we have a girl we are naming her Analisa Linda Louise. Linda Louise is my aunt that died a few minutes after she was born. I want to honor her and memorialize her name. My grandparents think it's great that I want to name my daughter after thiers!!
I love that name. DH and I have always said that is what we wanted to name our littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys girl for 6 years now! Yea its rare here in PA too. Thats what I like is the different names. I mean we have a DS his name is Troy, so I am biased to that one. That is not very common either. So I guess we shall see what we get. I wont find out until March, cause I dont wanna know the sex before he/she is born. If I can make it that long!
My mom passed away 2 years ago and we want to name the baby after her. Her name was Greta so we want to stay with her first initial G. What do you all think for a boy... Gavin, Gaige or Grant? For girl....Gianna (Gia for short) and then Im stuck!
Please help me think of names with letter G.
Thanks to all :)
I have a friend who named her daughter Absidee, but there's another girl I know, same name, but spells it Abcde. Funny huh. Image the torture for her teacher the first day of class. "And ABCDE???" ... lol
Whatever you name them, don't be cruel. I also no a girl who's daugthers name is Georgia, but spells it Jorja. Who'd think of that?
I like them all though, better than Apple. LOL jk.
FLbaby: i work at a preschool and we have 2 with that name....a little girl:jayden and a little boy:Jadon either way i think is adorabloe, but if we decide to go with that name, i think it will be spelled Jayden and will be for either sex
ark 730: what about the name Gabrielle? gabby or gaby for short?
I forgot all about Gabrielle. That is a beautiful name, not so sure about the nick name Gabby. I knew someone named Gabby years ago in high school and she was loud and obnoxious. Funny how certain names we associate with certain people! Thanks and keep em coming :)
my sister in law named her third son tyr off os a show on t.v and i liked it! i think whatever you name your children should be what you want them to be! you are the parents and you should choose! good luck to you and whatever you decide will be great!
My first boys name is Graham, but it is spelled Graeme. This is the Scottish way of spelling it. There are no other Graeme's in his school. We kinda like that, because it is different but not off the wall.
i love the name Jaiden and I'm 12 weeks pregnant and i from the day i found out i was, i said if i have a boy i wanted to name him Jaiden. If i have a girl i was thinking of naming her Breanna.

I think the I is fun. I've also seen it as Jaden, and Jayden.
I have a Brayden and a lot of people thought it was weird I put a Y in it, but I like it.
If you like it with an I, stick with it, don't let other people change your mind.
