Baby with eczema

My friend has an 8 month old with what is probably eczema on her cheeks.  It is bright red and cracks.  She is at her wits end.  I saw a post about this once and was looking to either find it again or get some ideas of things to try.  I know when I read the post, there were some good ideas.

Anybody had any luck clearing this stuff up?

My last daughter had the same, we got some cream that had a little bit of cortisone in it.
It goes away quickly.

my friends child has eczema dont use soat on her face it will make it worse she put some oatmeal in warm waer and let it soak for a while then rubbed the water in the eczema patches and it radually went. If not ask a doctor
