i have had still born and 2 miscarriages, last 1 with twins i am pregnant again and worry all the time the doctors are of no use is there any way to stop a miscarriage from happening laying down most of the pregnacy what advice can be done

I am sorry to hear about your losses. Whether the pregnancy will carry forward or not depends on the actual shape and space in the uterus. Hence this has to be assessed. It is also possible that cervix is weak. Hence, this will need careful monitoring all throughout.
If you have first trimester abortions then other causes such as fetal abnormality, genetic causes, Rh blood group incompatibility, low progesterone hormone, infection of the uterus, endometriosis, fibroids etc need to be eliminated.
If its second trimester abortion then other causes such as chromosomal abnormalities; infections like listeria, rickettsia, toxoplasma, mycoplasma, viral infections (herpes, rubella, CMV, HbAv), local infections (cervicitis, endometritis) and malaria; cervical dilatation; multiple pregnancies; leiomyomas, fibroids; diabetes; hypertension; smoking; renal diseases; polycystic ovary; hormonal disturbances; need to be ruled out.
If the uterus is small and bicornuate, then chances of a full term pregnancy may be less. You need to consult a good infertility expert and get this evaluated. Take care!

i have been told that i have a heart shapped utterus but the doctors dont seem to care ive been waiting weeks for a 12 week scan then they said they wont scan me again until im 20 weeks they are treating me as if its a normal pregnacy but to me i dont call a still born at 9 months and 2 miscarriages normal im healthy person im so nervous about going to my first scan which they still have not arranged even though im 11 weeks gone ive refused to let my husband go in case its bad news why wont the doctors take an interest they said they would only investigate if i miscarry at 16 weeks surly that cant be right
