Bleeding, slight cramping not clots or tissue

Hi ladies, Well i am new to this site... have a lot of questions and concerns... Ok first things first, I conceived on March 4th, so today makes me 5 weeks. Well i got what i thought was my period, it was like a regular period for 2 days and just spotting( ive been wearing a pantiliner. but turns out I am pg... I had slight cramping on friday nite so i went to the ER the took my blood and my miu level was 227, is there still a chance i can carry to term, I have had 3 miscarriages previous to this preganacy (pregnancy) and am so scared.. I took 2 first response test last nite and its still showing POSITIVE and then i took on test i got from the dollars store and thats still positive... the lines are lighter than the test line but they are still there, the only problems is im still bleeding (spotting) i have a few drops on my pad but when i wipe its pink, Are my levels of HCG low for 5 weeks or can that be normal??? My mother said she had normal periods with me for 5 months.. I havent had any more cramping since friday, just little pains, like implantion pains not cramps almost feels like growning pains. But i only get them if i sit too long .one more thing i forgot to add, my breasts are still sore, its weird sometimes they hurt really bad and sometimes they dont?? Usually when i am trying to sleep is when they hurt the mostPlease if someone has any clue, please help me ease my mind im going crazy... Can i still have a successful test please email me ***@****

If I was in your situation, I would call your Dr and request an ultrasound. It's a good sign that you're still feeling your pregnancy symptoms (sore boobs). But an ultrasound would be the best to have a good look and see what's really going on...
You're in my thoughts and prayers.
I am currently suffering through a miscarriage. I have not had any bleeding or cramping. Every woman is different...
I have had girlfriends that bled continuously through their pregnancies, and their babies were born perfectly healthy.
Please keep us updated.

Hi,
I actually was taking a test that came up - and when I wiped there I thought was AF. Well that was a Sat. and AF wasn't due till Tuesday. I only really spotted Sat-Monday. Since I was positive we had BD on the right days I took another test on Tuesday which was +. My doctor ordered an ultrasound and everything was fine. Sounds like my situation. GOOD LUCK!

At this point you should be having your hcg levels drawn every 48 hours to ensure that they're doubling. If they're dropping, a m/c is unfortunately imminent.  Your hcg #s do seem low for 5 weeks but every pg is different and it's not the actual number that is as significant as it is doubling every 48 hours in early pregnancy. I'm so sorry that you've suffered through so many m/c. It seems like you should be eligible for all sorts of testing to determine the issue behing your repeated m/c. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Well i got the dreadful phone call i was waiting for, my HCG levels dropped to 210, i just wish as quick as the double would be as quick as it goes away now i have to sit and play the waiting game until its over, My last m/c was a very painful one, I had contractions and almost felt like i was in labor and i was only 6.5 weeks. Well this makes it number 4, I feel like i shoiuld just give up hope of having another child.... Its a painful thought but i am only 5 weeks and was already beginning to be attached... I am so emotionally drained with the whole baby thought... Well once again thank you all for your responses.. And good luck to all those mommies to be and those TTC....

Prayeres to all of you

Thank you all for your responses... Well i went to the dr yesterday to have my blood drawn,  so i will find out this afternoon i hate this waiting game... Just for the heck of it i took another home preg test ( i had another 2 pack) and the line is still there (its the same darkness as the test line) Im already to the point if im going to m/c for it to just happen already because i dont want to get attached to this pregnancy. Well im still spotting with no clots or tissue , it almost looke like if you have a cut and wipe it with a tissue... I still feel prenant and i dont know if its me but my tummy feels hard maybe i just want this pregnancy to stick so im believing it will... Well once again thank you all for your responses... You have somewhat eased my mind

Thanks again

A Hcg level of 227 do sound pretty low for a 5 weeker, but everyone is different. You could be the one whos out of the norm! Best of luck!

I am so sorry. Unfortunately we all know too well the feelings you are experiencing now. You are not alone...
Take the time you need to recover... physically & emotionally. This isn't fair, what you've gone through. But you sound like a very strong woman... and it seems you're destined to be a mother... You will get your chance.
You're in my thoughts and prayers...

I am so sorry about your m/c.  I had labor-like symptoms with my m/c too.  Lots of backpain and pressure.  It does sound like you could see a specialist with so many m/cs.  Best of luck.
