Bleeding after methotrexate?

I found out I was 5 weeks prego back on July 24th.  Had HORRIBLE backache July 27th, all night long, started bleeding the next day!  Though I had miscarried.  Went to doc, did u/s, saw nothing in uterus.  Had methotrex inj August 17th, I think!  Today is Sept 8th, still bleeding, although its more like spotting, but when will it end??  I even had cramps, moodiness, zits last week, so I think AF showed up, but who can tell??  Passed something quite gross the other day, like a huge, long blood clot, ICK!  Also, sorry TMI, but everytime I have to go #2 now, I have horrible cramps just before.
My MTX side effects were terrible, severe cramps, dizziness, no appetite, constipation, pain!  Went to ER!  I'm feeling better, besides the spotting and cramps before bathroom time.  But how long does this last?  And will a HSG (fallopian tube xray) show any kind of blockage or maybe endometriosis or something?  I dont EVER want to go thru this again!!!  (BTW, I'm 37, have 2 boys, 1 sd with new, wonderful DH, but we'd like 1-2 of our own!!  :)  )
