Bleeding

I've just gone onto the pill microgynon 30 and I'm about 5 days away from my seven day break. And about five days ago I started bleeding, only a little, it was a dark blood a marron colour, and then it would stop and come back now and then. I got other problems like very sensative nipples and I got little bums around my nipple on the areloa, and then I'd get some mild craming in my tummy.

There are two possibilities. One is that you became pregnant either before you started pills, or during this cycle because of inadequate cover.
The second possibility is that you are experiencing the symptoms including withdrawal bleeding due to pills.
Wait for your breakthrough bleeding. Once this is over, test for pregnancy. If test is negative, watch the next cycle. If you still experience the symptoms, consult a gynecologist and switch to another pill.

I'm am now on my seven day break, I took my last pill on Saturday and still no period. I went to my doctors about the bleeding and they did a smear test, it all came back clear. They told me it could be the pill but if i don't come on my period this week I was to take a pregancy test. I still have cramping in my lower tummy, but bleeding has gone.
