Blighted Ovum or Molar Pregnancy?

I am 9 weeks preg.  I have had two ultrasounds one at 6 and one at 7 weeks.  Both showed a yolk sac but no fetus.  I have had no bleeding or cramping not even a dot.  My sac measures and grows according to the appropriate dates.  My HCG levels are high and have doubled as they should.  My last readings around 7.5 weeks was 262,626.  Yes That's the right number they are very high.  We thought I might be having twins.  I've had two miscarriages in a row and this will be my third.  My Dr. b/c of the HCG levels and my progesterone levels (very good) thinks we might be off on the dates.  I think no matter what two ultrasounds a week apart with no fetus isn't a good sign.  But my HCG levels went up and so we are doing one more ultrasound on the 13th.  I should be 10+ weeks by then.  

Basically I'm wondering if anyone has a similar story?  I'm concerned about a molar pregancy.  The thing that's so confusing is there is no spotting or bleeding and the raised levels of HCG.  Anyone ever have a couple of ultrasounds not seen a fetus and then gone back and seen it?  

I have a healthy 2 year old daughter.  I'm in my mid 30's

I had this in december. My HCG levels were through the roof! We had a fetus however, just no heartbeat. No spotting, bleeding.... Just cramping.  They *assumed* it was a molar pregnancy, but the testing came back negative and my numbers went back to zero as they should have.  then I just recently (may) got pregnant again, this time with a blighted Ovum.  Numbers were MUCH smaller, and not doubling as they should have.  I would venture to guess you are having a molar pregnancy.  I'm sorry, I hope that something happens and everything turns around.

HI   just to let u know i had u/s 10 days ago and accoeding to my dates i should have been 7weeks 2 days but the u/s only seen gestational sac and yolk sac my hcg levels rose but did not double i went back exactly 1 week later and they saw the heartbeat and all is ok.  I am off by my dates exavtly 2 weeks so maybe u ovulated late.  I know this is a very worrying time try to have patience and i hope the news is good when u go for the next u/s.  plse let us know wot happens.
