Blood pregnancy test HCG level 200

My friend Yola, Had a Blood pregnancy test done, they informed her the Hcg levels where 200. and then they proceeded to tell her she wasnt pregnant.
I dont get it? Is there a different HCG chart to go by for Blood Pregnancy tests?
She is as confussed as I am..

Yeah, I posted it in the other thread that you posted under. That one was given to me this week by the ER doctor.
