Breast milkbut No HCG Detected

CAN I BE PREGNANT EVEN IF NO HCG SHOWS UP?
MY PERIOD HAS NOT CAME BUT SINCE I BLED ON JAN. 5TH WOULD THAT DELAY MY PERIOD?

I HAVE A CYST ON LEFT OVARY & MANY IN LEFT BREASTS.
DR SAYS THE CYST WON'T CAUSE ALL THESE S/S OF PREGNANCY.
BUT WHAT IS CAUSING THIS?
I HAVE BREAST MILK, GAINED 6 POUNDS, BREASTS ARE ENORMOUS, NIPPLES & LABIA HAVE TURNED DARK BROWN AND MY BELLY LOOKS PREGNANT.
ULTRA SOUNDS SHOW NO FETUS IN MY TUBE OR UTERUS.

BUT SHOWS A CYST, ULTRA SOUNDS ALSO SHOW THE LEFT BREAST HAS MANY CYSTS.

NOW MY RIGHT BREASTS HAVE LUMPS UNDER MY ARM PIT.

I HAD A PERIOD ON 12/20, HAD SEX 12/24 AFETR MIDNIGHT.
THEN JAN. 05 AT 9:20PM AT WORK I PASSED A GRAPE SIZED PIECE OF TISSUE BUT HAD NO PAIN & I ONLY BLED A FEW DROPS.

THE NEXT DAY I BLED LIKE A NORMAL PERIOD ONLY VERY BRIGHT BLOOD.  
AFTER THAT NO BLOOD AT ALL FOR 2 DAYS.
SUDDENLY BLED LIKE A FRESH WOUND SILL NO PAIN.
NOW BREASTS ARE GOING DOWN BUT I HAVE NOT LOST ANY WEIGHT.
DR REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING FOR THEY CYST ON OVARY UNTIL HE FEELS POSITIVE BY ANOTHER BLOOD TEST THAT I AM NOT PREGNANT.
BECAUSE HE HAD A WOMAN A FEW WEEKS AGO THAT WAS PREGNANT EVEN THOUGH UTRA SOUNDS & MANY BLOOD TESTS SAID NEG.
SO HE DOESN'T WANT TO TAKE ANY RISKS.

I HAVE HAD 3 BLOOD TESTS ALL ARE NEG. FOR HCG.
DR SAYS IT COULD JUST BE TO EARLY.
BUT HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE EVEN IF I HAD A MIASCARRAGE HCG SHOULD BE DETECTABLE.

MY RIGHT BREAST HAS A LUMP NOW,I AM HURTING AS IF MY PUBIC AREA IS STRETCHING & IS FAT. HELP.

It does not really sound like pg but anything is possible.  It sounds like you have just missed your period but it also sounds like you said you were getting a belly already.  You may have morning sickness and things right away but what you are describing does not happen for a while.  I think if you are getting stuff coming out of your breasts and you have lumps under the armpit you may want to get back to the dr and have that looked at.  I always thought that could be a sign of breast cancer.  I do not mean to scare you or anything but that is just a thought.  Good Luck to you

I had my tubes ligated on 9/13/1977 after my son was born.
May of 1985 I was diagnosed as pregnant.
June 1985 They thought I was having an Incomplete miscarrage (miscarriage) and did a D & C and sent me home.
5 days later I was in the ER because I had sudden pain in the creases of my legs & groin, had an extremely salty tase in my mouth and could see my abdomen rising in front of me.
They said I was pregnant in my left fallopian tube and it was rupturing.
They did an emergency surgery & removed a fetus of aprox. 8 weeks gestation and what was left of my left tube.
After a few weeks they ran tests & said my right tube was now open & that I could get pregnant at the drop of a hat because I had a D&C.
They said the dr. who did the ligation did not really cut my tubes all.
All he did was put a permanent suture in each tube and after 8 years they broke.
The baby got caught on the scar tissue but it was a normal healthy 8 week baby.
During all the time I was pregnant in my tube, I Never ever had S/S of being pregnant. That was discovered during a blood test my husband demanded I had because he said my hips looked as if I were & he got worried & refused to go to work until I had a test.
A dr. friend ordered a blood test had my blood retested 5 times before he gave me an answer because he knew I had a tubal ligation in 1977 and wanted to be sure.
All 5 tests were positive.
Other DR.s would not EVEN GIVE ME A PREGNANCY TEST FOR FEAR OF BEING DRAWN INTO A LAW SUIT if it was positive.

If my friend the dr. had not verifed my pregnancy I would have ignored everything & probably died when it ruptured.

So the Dr. put me on birthcontrol for 1 year.
After that I never used any contraception for the past 19 years.
We gave up hope after 3 years.
I then began my geriatric nursing career after we gave up.

Convinced long ago it would never be possible to get pregnant I never gave it another thought.
Now this pops up and no one has any answers for me.
Now we want to have a baby but i'm 44 soon to be 45.
I am having pains in the creases of each leg now on & off and my pubic area appears fatty.
I fear another tubal in my right side may be what is going on.
The DR. says that is possible.
I hope not because I want to get pregnant if I Can.

There are other conditions, certain tumors and medications, that can cause you to have milk in your breasts (galactorrhea).   It would be too soon if you are very early in a pregnancy to have any milk, but you need to be under a doctors care to find out what exactly is going on.
