I forgot to mention also I had a laposcope in the years past to explain irregular bleeding and they found polpys in my uterus, which concerns me know. Dr. said back then, they would not be a concern in pregnancy. But know I am wondering, maybe baby implanted near one of those polpys and causing old blood to shed. Just concerned! Thanks
I had brown spottingVaginal bleeding between periods accompanied with cramps at 6 weeks all the way up until about 12 weeks. The dr. said brown blood is old blood and that lots of womenWomen's way spot brown in the first trimester. Mine was b/c of a blood clot but I dont know why you are having it.....maybe implantation bleeding? It could be many things. I hope everything works out for you. Good luck.
Me too, on wednesday I had brown spotting too, and got nervous, but it stop the same day, just wwhen I wipe, like twice, then it never came back, I am also 5 wks two, my LMP was 3/3/07, when was yours, I also lost all pg symptoms this week, no more sore boobs, is that normal
My LMP was 2/28. My hcg levels have double, last drawn yest. I beginning to think internet is a curse. I read high elevate HCG levels with brown spotting is sign of Ovum Pregnancy and then I read not much increase on HCG levels with brown spotting is also of sign of Ovum Pregnancy. I had a lot of brown mucus last nite when I whipped (but none in panties) and each time i go to bathroom i check and little brown mucus still. I think I getting sore down there, because I keep checking, sounds bad. Do you have much mucas at this stage? I seem really dry, but at night. Don't know if that common. Can't remember from last pregnancies. I do have sore boobs, no appetiate, but stomach is growling, and spells of being sick. But have also read some days don't have symptoms, some days do. Maybe that is what you are going through.
Lets just hope for the better, my last is about to be 5 and I had a tubal ligation when I had him, but God wanted me to have more so he gave me this little miracle, and he will keep us healthy, all the best.
Actually, your numbers increased perfectly, and they are not too high.
I have experienced brown spotting at 5 weeks during 2 of my 4 pregnancies.
The first one, I spotted from week 4-8, and she is 5 and perfect.
The second spotting is my 4th pregnancy, and it occured from wk 5-9.
I even saw bright red on two seperate occasions.
I am now 14w4d, and have seen the baby 4 times via u/s. Heard the HB today w/doppler.
With your numbers, I WOULDN'T be concerned. Typically, brown spotting can go either way, but in this situation, I firmly believe that odds are in your favor.
Hi there just to let you know that I also experienced brown spotting at week 6 it was fairly heavy and I had it for at least a week. I went for a scan and evrything was fine. I then spotted again at week 14 and again the scan showed everything to be fine. i am now 35weeks pregnant and everything seems to be going along well, just counting down the days. So try not to panic I know it is so worrying as soon as you see any blood, but they say that brown blood is old blood. They could find no explanation for my bleeding except that it was just one of those things. Good luck to you, i hope everything goes well.
