CAN PEOPLE PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS?? THANKYOU

1ST QUESTION
my hcg levels are not doubling as told they should be aug 8-134, aug 17-1770 aug 19-2480 aug 31 -24000 sept 2 27000
they were doubling in the begining but seemed to have slowed right down and only increased 3000 in 48 hours.
Had and u/s scan on aug 30 measuered 6 weeks no heart beat was seen, going back for a second one to be sure on the 13, my concern is if there is one seen, what is my chance of having a child that willhave 'issues' becuase of the slow rise in hcg levels?
and if there is not a heart beat seen while we have prepared for that and are okay with it
our hurdle now is if one is seen what to do, concerned about my hcg levels.

Thankyou does anyone have a healthy normal happy baby that had slow rise hacg levels that DID not double and when they did it was over 4 days.

2ND QUESTION WITH MORE DETAIL
I had a u/s external and internal Aug 30th, and was told I was 6 weeks, no heart beat was seen

HCG levels are as follows

Aug 8 134
Aug 171770
Aug 19 2480
Aug 31 24000
Sept 2 27000

Last 2 hcg levels did NOT double but only went up 3000.

I don't think I am 6 weeks like they stated at u/s thus could be possibly why no heart beat was seen, I have another u/s on the 13 to see if we can see the heart beat.

My concern is this.
the doctor said that the no heartbeat seen and the slow rise in hcg levels could mean a mis carry is iprobable, but if a heart beat is seen on the 13th then the growing concern is fetal development problems as the hcg levels were rising slowly.

So I am confused as to what now, no heartbeat means baby didn't survive, if heart beat is seen, then the concern is the low levels or the slow rise, fetal development problems.

HELP what are some answers as to this is a M/C on teh way or is there still a possibility of a healthy child being born.

History I have endometriosis, I have gone through 1 pregnancy and have a happy healthy 3 year old boy.
