CONFUSED????Question on cervical mucus?

Does anyone know which is the fertile cervical mucus? is it the clear egg yolk type, or is the creamy sticky white mucus..and when u have it when are you most fertile? Thanks

It is egg white cervical mucus and it is usually clear and stretchy. From what I understand that is an indication of being very fertile. That is when you and your honey should get to it. During that time when you have the ewcm, near the end you ovulate I believe. Good luck to you both.

what is ewcm ? even i am confused as i have observed white discharge in the bowl after i pee during my cd13 to cd18, (sorry tmi) i dont know if it is same as fertile the one whch u are talking

You usually have little to no cervical mucous (cm) after AF.
Then it changes to sticky.
Then it changes to creamy.
Then about 2-3 days before ovulation it will be watery or egg white like.  It DOES not have to be egg white to be considered fertile.  

Believe me, if you have fertile CM and you pay attention to your body, you will know.  I never had CM and in the past two months (one with clomid one without) it has the same sensation as AF arriving (that wet feeling in your vagina - like it is dripping into your underwear).

it stands for egg white cervical mucus... when u are most fertile I guess its clear when u are not is white..right girls am i correct?

Personally I live by the cm and position.  But I think each person is different.  I am hypothyroid so my temp is all over the place, mostly low, 96.4.  However the others are always spot on for me.  I'm glad you liked the website!

Man I love this website..such great tips and advice.. I never thought petting preggo was sooo complex ya know it happened so fast the first time around and now is like taking soooo long.. and after a mc its tough when it doesnt happen cuz you are soooo anxious after getting there and then having it taken away...

Oh my gosh, sometimes I can't believe I ever got pregnant, and the things I am learning on this site!!!  

We always got pregnant just by doing it, lots, no planning, no charts and no watching cm.

Now I will be worried about all this stuff!!!

(Of course my dh prefers the doing it lots type of approach!)

im confused about cm, you seem to know what you are talking about so can i ask you a question? my cycles have never be regular they are 2 and 3 months apart. i just started taking herbs and charting my cycle. i think i am close to OV, i always feel very wet ,but i dont really notice any egg white, could i be fertile?
