Can Baby Food Have Too Much Sodium?

Can Baby Food Have Too Much Sodium?

I have purchased baby food for my son, and I think he is ready to eat food from our table.  He is on level 3 baby food right now and is doing really well with it.  The only thing I was wondering is can the food I eat have too much sodium for him?  For instance, last night I made tater tot casserole.  I had cans of green beans and peas and corn, and some cream of mushroom soup and tater tots, of course.  I was going to mash it up for him but then I was afraid if these foods technically aren't good for me are they my son and if not, when will he ever be able to eat our food because this is the kind of stuff I make often.  My friend has her son eating pasta and spaghetti sauce from a jar and he is fine, I just wasn't sure.  Any thoughts?
